Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: break or bypass its security, scrape or copy it in bulk, interfere with how it works, send us harmful code, or use it to mislead or harm anyone. You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.

Products and information

We work to keep descriptions, photos, sizes and prices accurate, but errors happen. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Content on the Site is general information. It is not medical advice, and Insoucia products are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a health professional about any health concern, including unusually heavy bleeding or the weeks after giving birth. Every body and every flow is different.

Our content

The Insoucia name, logo, text, images and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print them for your personal use. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Insoucia isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, or liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the place where you live. If you have a problem, please email us first at hello@insoucia.com. We would like to solve it directly.

We may update these terms. The version on the Site is the current one, and using the Site after a change means you accept it.
