Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on US orders over $59.
• Orders under $59 pay a flat shipping fee. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days after you place them. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods or carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@insoucia.com and we will try to correct it before the order ships. We can't change the address once the package is on its way, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided.

Orders with several packs

Large orders may be split into more than one package. You will get a tracking number for each one, and you pay shipping only once.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@insoucia.com. We will sort it out with you. See our Refund policy for what we offer.
