Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order you place on insoucia.com. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

1. Seller

Insoucia is operated by Antoine Gapinski, a sole proprietor registered in France (SIRET 98863108100037). Contact: hello@insoucia.com.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping fee are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices and offers at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error on an order, we will tell you and let you confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email or ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

4. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Free shipping applies to orders over $59. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Full details are in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to your address.

6. 30-day refund guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to try your order. If it isn't right for you, email us within that time for a full refund. You don't need to send the items back. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

8. Product information

Our underwear is designed for period wear, with the features described on the product page. Absorbency depends on your flow and how long you wear a pair, so on heavier days change sooner. The product is not a medical device and is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Care instructions are on the product page. Following them helps your pair last.

9. Sizing

Please use our size guide. If you are between two sizes, size up.

10. Promotions

Discount codes and pack savings apply as described when offered. They can't be combined unless we say so.

11. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, or liability that can't legally be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the place where you live. Please contact us first at hello@insoucia.com if there is a problem.
