Can it leak?
Any period product can leak if it's worn past its capacity. Insoucia is built to make that less likely: high rise, full front-to-back coverage, reinforced sides and a leak-resistant barrier. On your heaviest days, change sooner. And if it doesn't work for you, you have 30 days for a full refund.
Will I feel wet?
The soft cotton layer against your skin passes moisture down into the absorbent core, which is designed to keep you feeling dry. If you start to feel damp, the core is filling up: that's your cue to change, just like with a pad.
Can I wear it all day?
It depends on your flow. On lighter days, it's designed to last the whole day. On heavier days, change sooner: feeling damp is your cue.
Does it work for heavy flow?
It's made for light to heavy flow. On your heaviest days, change sooner. If your flow is very heavy, you can also wear it as backup with a cup or tampon.
Is it bulky under clothes?
The absorbent core makes the gusset a little thicker than regular underwear. The rest feels like a normal high-waisted brief.

Which size should I pick?

What about odor?
Cotton against the skin breathes. Take it off at night and rinse it quickly, the way you would with any underwear worn for a full day.

Count one pair per period day, plus one in the wash. For a 5-day period, the 7-pack covers the week with no emergency laundry. The 3-pack works if you run a load every other day.

How long does each pair last?
That depends on how often any single pair gets worn. If you wear and wash one pair on repeat, plan to replace it roughly every 1 to 3 months. Rotate 3 pairs and each one is worn a third as often, so the same pair lasts roughly 3 to 9 months. Rotate 7 pairs and it stretches to roughly 7 to 21 months. This is also why the 3-pack and 7-pack cost less per pair over time than buying single pairs on repeat.
